This neck and shoulder pillow is filled up with flax seeds, dry lavender and Chamomile. It is fabricated in horseshoe with 14 individual compartments to retain seeds and herbs evenly placed.

The horseshoe shape gives generous amount of hot and cold therapy to upper back, between the shoulder blades and to the shoulders.

The wrap can be microwaved for 1-2 minutes for hot therapy or in the freezer 3-4 hours for cold therapy. Great to de-stress, to relieve sore muscles and ease away the tension of the day.

The use of an aromatherapy neck wrap, place it in the microwave for the bursts of high heat for 30 seconds increment. If you heat for long, seeds can burst or burn, which will make your neck wrap stinky. Wraps are great for relaxation and to relieve sore and tensed muscles.
